We understand the importance of affordable, high-quality childcare. Our tuition rates are desgined to provide exceptional care and education at a reasonable cost. Here is our current rate structure, effective for the 2024 calendar year.
Tuition Payment Options
Convenient Ways to Pay
We offer flexible payment options to make managing your tuition payments as easy as possible. Choose the method that works best for your family.
Payment Methods:
Online Payment: Pay securely online via Tuition Express (fees apply).
In-Person Payment: Drop off cash or check payments at the KidsFirst Tuition Box, using a designated tuition envelope marked with child’s name.
Payment Deadlines: Weekly payments are due by 6:00 pm on Friday for the following week; monthly payments are due by the 3rd of the month.
Rate Breakdown
Full-Time Care:
Infants: $275/week
Ones: $235/week
Twos: $215/week
Threes: $205/week
VPK Wrap-Around Care: $170/week
Fours (when VPK is not in session): $190/week
Achievers School-age Care (School Year Calendar): $135/week
Summer Program (VPK & Achievers School-Age): $175/week
Includes summer activities; June 1 until school begins
Part-Time Care (3-Year-Olds Only):
Regular Care (9:00 am to 12:30 pm): $400/month
Extended Care (6:30 am to 12:30 pm): $450/month
Registration & Supply Fees:
Application Fee: $75 (Due at registration and annually)
Supply Fee: $30 (Due by the end of September and again at the end of March)
Late Fees:
Tuition Late Fee: $30 (for payments not made by the due date)
Late Fees: $25 (for fees not paid by the last day of the month)

What You Need to Know
Enrolling your child at KidsFirst Learning Center is a straightforward process designed to ensure the best fit for your family. Please review the following requirements before beginning the enrollment process.
General Enrollment:
Current Florida immunization record (form 680) and physical (form 3040) must be on file.
VPK Enrollment:
Eligibility Form from Episcopal Children’s Services verifying that the child is a Florida resident and will be 4-years-old by September 1st.
Contact Episcopal Children’s Services at ecs4kids.org or 904-726-1500 to obtain an Eligibility Form.
Application Process:
A tour must be scheduled prior to enrollment. During the tour, parents can fill out the necessary forms and ask any additional questions.

The annual registration period for VPK opens the last week in February for currently enrolled students, with open enrollment for the public beginning the first Monday in March.

No, KidsFirst is a "Ready to Eat" center, meaning all meals and snacks are provided by parents/guardians and sent in ready-to-eat containers.
